Uncle Pastuzo's bakery is based in Parnell next to the iconic Paddington Bar and Restaurant. We specialise in supplying Auckland's Hospitality market with delicate buns and breads. We bake all our own bread on site then manage delivery to hospitality venues around Auckland. We pride ourselves on supplying a comprehensive range of bakery products but if you don't see what you want in our product line up please let us know as we may be able to help.
Our BREADS
Our lights go on at 4am every morning when our skilled bakers arrive at Uncle Pastuzo's HQ. It's not long before you can smell the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. Pizza bases, turtle rolls, ciabatta loaves, brioche, Vienna loaves and German rye are just some of the sumptuous breads that come out of our ovens each morning.

Our SERVICE
Once our breads emerge from the oven, they are cooled and then collected by our delivery company before being expertly transported to hospitality venues around Auckland. We are focussed on sustainable practices and so will also collect your empty boxes ready for your next delivery.
